What is Included in the Cleaning Handover Guarantee?

Our comprehensive cleaning handover guarantee covers the following:

• Cleaning is performed according to Swiss standards and follows the exit checklist provided by your agency or landlord.
• The cleaning of terraces and balconies is included in the handover guarantee, unless a jet-wash or power-wash is required. In that case, it must be marked during booking.
• Please specify if you require cleaning of the cellar, attic, garage, or private laundry room during booking.
• The price applies only to unfurnished apartments. If your apartment is furnished, please indicate it when booking.
• Key Handover Support. We will accompany you during the key handover process.
• Our team will remain on-site until the cleaning meets required standards.
• If any re-cleaning is necessary, it will be completed at no extra cost.

What is not Included in the Guarantee?

• Painting, repairs
• Certified chimney cleaning
• Special floor treatments (sealing, polishing, oiling)
• Restoration of improperly maintained areas
• Disposal of furniture or bulky waste unless previously arranged
